Bhangra w/ Shainal of Bhangra Empire
Every Saturday 12-1pm
$120 for 8 week session, $25 for 1 class
Bhangra is a folk dance from the Punjab region of India and Pakistan. Bhangra Empire was established in 2006, and has taken this traditional dance form and made it contemporary by fusing it with high energy, exciting elements. This distinct dance style is now offered in cities across the Bay Area: San Jose, Fremont, Dublin, San Ramon, Mountain View, and San Francisco. Each class starts out with stretching and review of the previous class. New footwork is taught in each class. By the end of the session, each student will have learned a 5 minute routine, which will be performed during the last class, our “Dance Off”

We also have BollyX – A dance/fitness class taught by Delilah & Mrittika, on Mondays at 6pm and Wednesdays at 7pm
